Hope's therapists, our supporting churches, and our many supportive eastside neighbors believe that sound, reliable counseling should be available to the people who need it, regardless of their income. The Hope Fund, Inc. was established in the early 1990s to allow low income, uninsured, and even unemployed clients to receive therapy.
The Fund is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit corporation with its own board of directors. It receives tax-deductible contributions from individuals, churches, businesses and groups, and organizes fundraising activities.
The $100 fee at Hope Counseling can be adjusted based on the income of the particular client. Adjusted fees range from $40 to $95 per 50-minute session. When a client is unable to pay our lowest adjusted fee, The Hope Fund pays the therapist the amount that the client cannot, up to $40 per session.
The Hope Fund, Inc. accepts donations year-round. If you would like to make a tax-deductible financial gift, send your check payable to The Hope Fund, Inc., to 831A North Edmondson Av., Indianapolis, IN 46219.
